How the investigation is done

We map scheduled versus actual parenting time, who was present at exchanges, and documented communications over a defined period. Surveillance, when used, focuses on exchanges and conduct, not intimidating a child. Open-source review stays within lawful bounds. We do not diagnose alienation; we document interference, denigration, or compliance patterns with dates and sources.

Legal and ethical limits

Recording third parties without consent can be unlawful depending on context. We scope what you may lawfully provide and what requires court authorization. Investigators follow PSISA and do not pose as therapists, police, or school officials.
