Investigations Plus Ltd is a licensed private investigation agency based in Ontario. Our head office is at 10 George St N, Suite 137, Brampton. Our Toronto site office is at 1682 Eglinton Ave W. We serve clients across the GTA, Ontario, and elsewhere in Canada when a file requires travel.
We are retained by individuals, law firms, insurers, and businesses for surveillance, family and custody documentation, corporate and insurance investigations, background checks, and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM). Investigators work under Ontario’s Private Security and Investigative Services Act. The agency is incorporated and insured as required for this work.
Our technical specialty in radio and electronic countermeasures sets parts of the practice apart: TSCM, spectrum analysis, and related sweeps for homes, offices, and vehicles when covert recording or tracking is a concern. Field investigators handle physical surveillance and documentation with court-minded reports, dated logs, lawful media, and clear limits on what was observed.
Same-day or urgent intake is available when capacity allows. Consultations are confidential by phone or at either office. We do not publish client identities or case details in marketing.

How we work
Accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality on every file. Investigators document facts counsel and insurers can use: times, places, and media from lawful positions. We refuse illegal device access, trespass, and any step that would breach an existing court order.
Who is on the file
The team draws on backgrounds in military, legal support, forensics, IT, cyber, radio/TSCM, and behavioural observation. Files are assigned by skill — a warehouse theft is not staffed the same way as a custody exchange or a boardroom sweep.
TSCM and radio specialty
When electronic privacy is the issue, we run Technical Surveillance Countermeasures: physical search plus detection of covert cameras, microphones, and trackers in rooms, offices, and vehicles. Findings are written so counsel can rely on them.
