How the investigation is done

Safety planning precedes field work. We document through lawful surveillance, open-source research, witness statements where authorized, and coordination with counsel. We do not confront subjects unnecessarily. When devices may be compromised, we may recommend TSCM or cyber investigation as a separate scope.
